Getting started and pricing
What can I do during the free trial?
Create an account for five days of access with 10 AI namecard scans. Verify your mobile number, scan and review namecards, organise saved contacts, create digital namecards and plan follow-ups. The five days start when your account is created; your dashboard shows the expiry and remaining scans. You can subscribe at any time.
Do I need a credit card? Will I be charged automatically?
No credit card is required for the free trial, and it does not automatically become a paid subscription. If you choose to subscribe, you enter your credit card details on Stripe’s secure checkout. Stripe handles and stores those payment details; MYNCS does not store your full credit card number or security code. MYNCS keeps payment references and subscription records to manage your plan. A paid plan renews at its monthly or annual price until you cancel; its recurring terms are shown before payment.
What does each plan cost, and how do scans work?
The monthly plan is S$3.50 with 83 AI scans per paid month. The annual plan is S$39 with 1,000 AI scans per paid year. Included scans reset with your subscription billing period, not on 1 January; unused included scans do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits are tracked separately. Your dashboard shows what remains. Starting a paid plan during the trial starts the paid billing period immediately.
